| Tiivistelmä: | Some qualified counties in Hubei province have become county level cities. The features of these cities are that diversified cities and city group have been practiced in the development pattern of city. The economic activities of the central city expands to small cities in various orientations. The development of cities has pushed forward the development of the rural areas. The cities and the rural areas have become an organic whole. |
