| Tiivistelmä: | The article thinks that the following issues need to be studied: (1) fixed asset investment. The rate of investment should keep accounting for about 30% of the GNP in the years to come; (2) credit scale. It is important to make the credit structure tally with investment structure rather than reduce the total credit amount; (3) monetary policies and circulation of money; (4) control over the rising of retail prices. |
