| Tiivistelmä: | Presently, the recovery of the financial order in China, the tendency of the market's flourish, and the moderate development of economy have created a benign environment for the foreign investment. The international capital floats to the developing countries. China should create an investment environment in keeping with the international practice, guarantee the operation of the important enterprises by amassing funds; increase the profit in the three kinds of foreign-funded enterprises; make full use of the foreign investment to develop the basic industry and the new high technology; and then closely integrate the export trade and the domestic sale. |
