| Tiivistelmä: | Regarding the problems in state-owned stock: (1) The definition of the right of state-owned stock beneath/ or beyond the proper demarcation line. (2) The proportion of state-owned stock in enterprises is too large. It should be reduced to 30-40%. (3) It is abnormal to put state-owned stock out of circulation , let it go on the market. That will be an important way to adjust the state-owned stock's reserves. The right/effects of state-owned stock circulation should not be deprived. The paper believes: a representative organization of state property must be set up as soon as possible for state property management. |
