Tiivistelmä:The ideas of innovativeness and entrepreneurship are interconnected.This means that there is no entrepreneurship without innovativeness and vice versa, although innovativeness does not in itself mean entrepreneurship.It is possible to speak of entrepreneurship not only in the business sector, but also in the area of health service, education, banking, information, systems of communication and the like.And important question of the development of innovations in firms is the attitude of the management towards this question.The basic task of managers in this field is to create opportunities as favorable as possible for the development of innovations and for stimulating the work of innovators.Yet not only the economic circumstances are of importance, but also mutual relations between the innovators and the managers.The individual plays an important role here: he must find his place in the innovative firm.An individual can be the innovator or the manager.
