| Tiivistelmä: | To developing countries, the contribution function of international trade lies in its compensatory effect. The using of foreign capital impels the national saving and thus solves the problem of deficiency of money in developing countries. The formation and expenditure of capital urges the course of industrialization in those countries. But it is more efficient to import capital goods from developed countries than to directly import foreign capital in form of money in the rapid promotion of productive ability in the manufacturing industries. |
