| Tiivistelmä: | "Unfair distribution" ought to be given a scientific definition, avoiding any arbitrary extension of its meaning and "illicit income" should not be included. "Efficiency first, fairness considered" is the right principle coping with the relationship between them. The relationship should be observed in the process of the distribution so that no allowance for inclination would be given to different micro and macro scopes. Income egalitarianism and its tendency are no criterion of fairness. The criterion mainly refers to the reasonableness of the income disparity. |
