| Tiivistelmä: | Legal person property right is a result of the highly developed market economy and it is also a asset right formed in the development of asset socialization and commercialization. The enterprise property right is the utmost national ownership or divided increment or even divided stocks of national asset. Enterprise ownership is different completely from legal person ownership in the structure of property right. The former is inferior to the later in not only the arrangement of static structure but also the dynamic function. |
