| Tiivistelmä: | The days when manufacturing, services and commerce in this country could afford to have the luxury of managers managing managers are rapidly drawing to an end. Fierce competition from overseas , particularly from the Pacific basin, is forcing our companies to drive down unit costs. Now it is necessary to innovate our way out of difficulty and look for new systems, ar at least replicate those existing elsewhere. The article examines the question who controls whom and what in the facilitator system. |
