| Tiivistelmä: | There are some problems of enterprises in the three kinds of ventures introducing efficient technologies in China. Enterprises in the three kind of ventures' should sieve the projects strictly, analyse the efficiency of the technology transfer, improve and complete the law making further. We should fully use the successful experience of other countries for reference in introducing efficient technologies. The management of enterprises of the three kind of ventures' introducing efficient technologies should be strengthened further. |
