Tiivistelmä: | Subordinate ratings are increasingly viewed as a source of performance information in addition to traditional supervisor ratings. Of particular relevance is the upward feedback process which provides subordinate input to supervisors for developmental and/or performance appraisal purposes. This process asks supervisors to rate themselves and subordinates to rate their supervisors on the same items. The current research examines differences in self / subordinate agreement in different types of organizations and for varying similarities in race, gender and age. |
