Tiivistelmä: | Large scale, strategically driven change in complex organizations is needed as these systems encounter increasing competition and changing markets. The action research literature is not very informative about organizational changes of this magnitude. This paper examines an action research project in a division of a food products firm. It provides an overview of the cultural and organization design change effort, examines the learning process that has evolved in the division, and considers the role of the action researcher change. |
