| Tiivistelmä: | Market economy requires us to abolish the former overcentralized system and build a market distribution mechanism featuring plurality of distribution main body, instead. The function of the country as the main body in redistributing national income, should be strengthened. In the fields where the preliminary distribution is practised, a pluralized distribution main body made up of the suppliers providing such factors as assets, operation and labour is required. Among them, the assets providers include not only the managerial institutions for state-owned assets but also all kinds of legal persons and natural persons. |
