| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the Chinese staff workers employed in the foreign-funded enterprises have exceeded 10 million. The labour conditions and environment in most of the enterprises can be up to the standard set by the Chinese government. But they are not ture of some of the enterprises. In such enterprises, there exist the phenomena of seriously violating the basic rights of workers as well as too poor labour and living conditions. So the article raises some measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both labour and capital. |
