| Tiivistelmä: | The enactment of the preferential taxation policy concerning foreign affairs aims not only at the creating an easy and equal footing competitive environment for foreign investment in China, but also at the rationalization of the country's economic structure and the upgrading of the export-orientated products. It should be in line with the strategy of the country's economic development and the demand of the industry's development policy. So creating an ideal environment and keeping the industry development policy are the two major principles which should be considered in enacting the preferential taxation policies concerning foreign affairs. |
