| Tiivistelmä: | It is true that the countries in transition cause certain changes in the economic system and none can form this instead.The question is concerned with the fact that these countries create a macro-economic framework which represents a pre-requisite for the development of entrepreneurship.The macro-economic framework includes a number of system institutions with the task to care that the rules of behaviour do change.To assure the conditions of the market economy is not easy and cannot be performed by anyone.In our opinion this can be only the state and by the state-authorized institutions.In the concrete case it is the question of many different segments forming the system is wholeness.Amongst other things , in particular for the functioning of the: _ issuing bank _ financial market and its institutions, especially of banks, the banks financial rehabilitation and mutual relationship in the efficient wage and salary system. |
