| Tiivistelmä: | According to the demand of modern enterprise system, we formulate policy and make laws. Enterprise should be given more power to go for foreign trade and establish new type enterprise group for foreign trade, which usually is basic on excellent product to develop. The enterprise need exploiting high-quality product and merchandise required by market. The government should change its function and serve for enterprise's opening up the international market. In the 1990's, international competition is more fierce , but it is full of opportunity and challenge. |
