| Tiivistelmä: | The author concluded ten great changes in the establishment of new enterprise system since the beginning of reform and opening. The author also thought that in the management of large and middle-sized enterprise, real separation of functions of the government from those of the enterprise had not been realized and weak administration still exists. The author formulated basic countermeasures for solving these problems. |
