| Tiivistelmä: | The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) knew it had to keep developing employees for the managerial pipeline. To make the goal possible, it created the Future Managers Program. Only a select few are accepted into the program, but those who make the cut can look forward to 2 years of serious on the job training. The program features both classroom instruction and a wide rotation of job duties to make sure future managers see the big picture. |
