| Tiivistelmä: | China's retirement expenses adopt the way of social overall planning, which is transformation from county to province. The province overall planning can strengthen the adjusting function of social insurance, and realize the old-age pension are used in the province in order to play a full use of limited money. Realize balanced burden of retirement in area between city and counties, and reduce the burden of enterprises. It is certain difficult to establish the social overall old-age pension system in short time. |
