| Tiivistelmä: | Problems are frequently looked upon as self-preserving. Times in which the problem does not arise are regarded as unimportant or even ignored. In contrast the solution approach developed by Steve de Shazer and his co-workers in the 1980s concentrates on the non considered problems that have been overlooked. This model is also suitable for the handling of any co-worker problem. |
