| Tiivistelmä: | "State-owned assets operated by economic entities" means that the nature of state-owned assets remains unchanged but the rights to manage and control state-owned assets are delegated to economic entities. The experimental units for "state-owned assets operated by economic entities" have taken the operational forms like share holding system, contract system and leasing. "State-owned assets operated by economic entities", an organizational form of enterprises, is only a new experiment which is one of the ways to invigorate medium-sized and small state-owned enterprises. |
