| Tiivistelmä: | The 1995 price reform should focus on consolidating the results achieved in the previous price reform and keeping the range of price rises under control so as to alleviate the pressure of inflation. To this end, we should continue to carry out two "tights" financial credit policy to ensure the effectiveness of macro control and readjustment and control the investment scale in fixed assets and issuance of money within the planned objectives. In addition, we should rectify circulation order to make the goods associated with the national economy and the people's livelihood play the role of main channel in state-run business. Moreover, we have to perfect the management systems of various prices and do well in the legal construction of price management, and establish and perfect the means of controlling and readjusting prices. |
