| Tiivistelmä: | The overwhelming majority of economists take the view that all state enterprises are to be restructured and transformed by stages and in different categories except those to be closed down or declared bankruptcy. They will be restructured into stock companies limited, companies with limited liability, or assigned to other enterprises, rented out and put on auction. All this is called the reform of the property right system. On one hand, the form of organization of an enterprise will be restructured, and on the other hand, the structure of stock of state assets will be adjusted completely. |
