| Tiivistelmä: | By means of theories on lease-hunting , this thesis makes an analysis of main manifestations of lease-hunting in China during transformation of the economic system, which are: the composition of rental has changed. Decreased price difference of tangible commodities leads some lease-hunters to turn their attention from the field of circulation to markets of elements of production, hence rampant lease-hunting at fund and land markets; 2. existence of enormous rental resulted in exceedingly busy lease-hunting; 3. power makes its way into markets, severely hindering the growth of the market economy. |
