| Tiivistelmä: | The article gives us an outline for the theory system of socialist public finance, reflecting the authors bird s- eye view of the theory system of public finance which conform to market economy. With market mechanisms as background, to establish the public goods as the core concept of the theory of public finance. Under such a premise, the authors expound the theory of public finance with efficiency and equality as main clue. Accordance with this, the theory of public finance in socialist market economy contains the theory of function, the theory of microcosm and the theory of macrocosm. |
