Tiivistelmä:America has more white collar workers today than at any other time in its history. As the baby boom generation has entered the work force, competition for executive jobs has become fiercer than ever. To compete in today's business world, many executives are striving to achieve the "total corporate image". A person's image becomes his or her reputation and affects how others perceive that person. Regardless of the industry, business people must first sell themselves, then the product and the company. However, the image projected must coincide with the firm's corporate culture.
