| Tiivistelmä: | The "double-track system" of the property right of urban land is no help to the efficiency and benefits of allocation of land property resources. Reform of the property right system of urban land is to exploit the advantages of State's monopoly of ownership; delimit the land property right of land users, quicken the flow of deposited land, and make reasonable arrangements of the effectiveness of the use of land property right on one hand and the distribution of earnings from value-increase of land property during use. |
