| Tiivistelmä: | The train of thought on the development of inshore oil industry in China is as follows: taking raising economic efficiency as the target, and production and operation of oil and gas as the main task; adhering to reform and opening up; depending on sci and tech progress and scientific management, and at last finding a new way of having both better economic efficiency and speedy growth. To this end, work should be done well in the following aspects: (1) Continuing to implement the strategic policy of " stabilizing the east and developing the west "; (2) Expediting the development of natural gas industry; (3) Accelerating the pace of inshore oil enterprises entering market; (4) Forming oil industry's pattern of opening to the outside world in all direction. |
