| Tiivistelmä: | Economic take-off does not mean a mere accumulation of economic aggregation, nor does it depend on expansionary monetary policies, but lies in a rational economic structure. Current contradictions facing finance have to be solved with the readjustment of the overall economy as the precondition. However,readjustment prior to economic take off has to be carried out by financial means, by using monetary policies to create a new mechanism for economic readjustment. |
