| Tiivistelmä: | The characteristics of the formation of state-owned enterprises' capital can be summarized as the following: unduly relying on foreign capital, in adequate net worth of self-possessing capital, enterprises' liabilities inclining to be circulating fluid ones, badly lacking long-term capital which is of vital importance to the future development of enterprises, low internal accumulated capital and increasing risk of bank ruptcy. Although it is the common law that enterprises usually have high liabilities in the stage of economic "take off" in various countries all over the world, we should realize that due efforts must be made to reform enterprise system, otherwise, the inflation induced by large number of enterprises' occupying and using funds will jeopardize economy greatly. |
