| Tiivistelmä: | After 10 years' construction, the economic and technological development areas established with the backing of open cities have entered the stage of functional development in China. So China should perfect further the investment environment in open areas and make these areas more attractive to foreign business men. Besides, with the basic aim for initiating development areas as the goal, it should accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure to form industrial groups with the characteristics of development areas. At the same time, it should attach great importance to relying on the superiority of their parent cities and hinterland and bring the role of demonstration and experiment into play in their own construction continuously. |
