| Tiivistelmä: | China promulgated decrees to regulate currencies in 1993- 1994 with an aim at anti-inflation. However, the effect was not satisfying as it had been supposed to be. Since the monetary policy under the opening economy can not take account of both stabilizing exchange rates and controlling money supply, the Central Bank of China, while controlling the loan scope, must take suit measures in the light of the different situations under the opening economy and make appropriate arrangement so that it can have a efficient control over the inflation rate. |
