| Tiivistelmä: | The central bank should put stress on perfecting macro financial policy and strengthening the supervision and management of finance. Besides, it should take the initiative to coordinate the relations between enterprises and banks and adjust properly the ratio of reserve funds. The market mechanism should also be introduced in the policy on interest rates. Taking the opportunity of the shifting of enterprise system, we should promote the transformation of state commercial banks' system, and enhance the banks' ability of preventing risks as well. Moreover, we should increase fund input properly to support the system-shifting, reorganization and transformation of enterprises, and establish the institutions for purchasing commonly bad creditors' rights or special banks. |
