| Tiivistelmä: | Two active providers of capital to new and growing businesses are venture capital firms and business angels. The former are professionally managed and independent organizations. The latter are private individuals who invest often their own money. Both groups have a significant impact upon the supply of new venture capital. This research examined one aspect of a deal, its riskiness and the possibility that venture capitalists prefer to avoid investing in deals affected by a particular type of risk. |
