Unfortunately, many systems have been developed in a piecmeal fashion and do not fit into an integrated business plan. Their primary purpose is to improve organizational efficiency rather than managerial effectiveness. However, managers now see distinct advantages in using information strategy planning to influence organizational goals, as well as to support them. |
