| Tiivistelmä: | The author of this article, former head of Quaker Oats, lends his experience as CEO and board member to other CEO's in knowing when it is time to leave a company. He witnessed the leaving of about 15 CEO's who less than voluntarily parted company with their boards. He realizes that in many of these cases, if not the departure then the reasons for the departure could have been avoided if warning signs had been heeded. |
