| Tiivistelmä: | In the contribution the author studies the problematic of profit centres and calls upon weaknesses and advantages of multidivisional organization form.The effectiveness of the divisioning is preferentially effected by the solution of the question, what is the independence between the divisions like and also their (in)dependence according to the company.The management of the company must differentiate between the evaluating of business successfulness of the profit centre and its manager; after this the management must choose that kind of profit, which will in the best way motivate and show business activities of the profit centre management. |
