| Tiivistelmä: | The author discusses some current questions of the protection of disabled workers.The article is divided into five parts.In the first part general questions are being discussed, in the second part the disability insurance, in the third part the rights guaranteeing employment and types of monetary indemnities, in the fourth part financing, and the last part lists concluding statements.The most important part of the article is devoted to the disability insurance.The author defines individual ideas, e.g.: the disability and the decrease of working ability.Among the rights those ones that guarantee employment and the rights to monetary indemnity are essential.In the first case he deals primarily with disabled persons of the second and the third category while in the second part he above all mentions the method for apportioning indemnity. |
