| Tiivistelmä: | The state's insufficient investment which is of guidance is the main reason for the unreasonable structure of foreign investment in tourism. For example, during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, the actual investment in Zhejiang's tourism was 0.566 billion yuan and USD 0.1755 billion, which totalled 2.023 billion yuan RMB. Among it, the state's investment only accounted for 3.8% while the province's investment accounted for 0.5%. Therefore , durign the Ninth Five-Year Plan period , the state should increase its investment in tourism to strengthen macro management and adjust the direction of foreign investment. |
