| Tiivistelmä: | To reduce trade barriers is not only the objective demand at the present stage of economic development, but also the objective demand of operation according to the rule of market economy and international standards. In the meantime , it has brought shocks to the new or young industries at home, which may cause the bankruptcy of some enterprises and the increase of unemployment rate. So such principles as comparative advantage, effective protection, giving consideration to both the time limit and efficiency as well as exceptional protection should be followed to reduce trade barriers. |
