| Tiivistelmä: | To promote the development of China's pillar industries, we should do the following things: (1) making overall planning and handling correctly the relationship between pillar and non-pillar industries, (2) maintaining the balanced economic structure, (3) strengthening regulation and control, and giving into play the government role in the development of pillar industries, (4) giving more support to pillar industries, (5) enhancing the competitive power pillar industries by technological innovation, (6)perfecting the system of policies on technological progress as quickly as possible, (7) being active in financing to make sure the effective input in four main pillar industries, (8) adjusting structure to raise the level of the scale effect of pillar industries. |
