| Tiivistelmä: | No matched domestic funds have become the "bottleneck" in the development of foreign investment. The main reasons are: no necessary policies, lack of effective scale means of regulation and control, the inconsistency of the intention of foreign investment and the state's industrial policy, and the projects of foreign investment, which are undertaken with domestic funds. The countermeasures are: formulating mid- and long-term plans and annual plan of matched funds to ensure the basic balance of the total amount, having a system of strict examination and approval, raising the local abilities to utilize foreign investment, guiding correctly foreign investment according to industrial policy and conducting surveys on the foreign investment projects. |
