| Tiivistelmä: | In China, overseas capital investment in the form of merger by purchase is a new economic phenomenon. Many legal problems occur during such merger that await standardization, such as standards of treatment, appraisal of assets, handling of debts, which are all to be governed by law. China needs badly the working-out of Planning and Procedures of Merger by Purchase with Foreign Funds in order to have foreign investors behave by Chinese laws and prevent the heavy loss of China's State-owned assets. |
