| Tiivistelmä: | Over the past 16 years of reform and opening-up, approved programs of foreign investment have chalked up approximately 180.000, with USD 200 billion contracted foreign funds, the actual input of foreign funds exceeding USD 60 billion. Foreign investment in the form of equipment makes up 80 percent of the total. This is where problems are the most striking. It's necessary to formulate Laws of Examination and Appraisal of Foreign-Invested Property, by- laws, and relevant "regulations of clearing" as well as "form contracts" as soon as possible. |
