Tiivistelmä: | In "Is There a Decision Weight" Shu Li implies that the maximization principle ought to be discarded, at least for the purpose of analyzing decision-making over risky prospects. This conclusion is based on the evidence he presents which is consistent with subadditivity and subproportionality in prospect theory. To the extent that his evidence can be corroborated that argues against the version of prospect theory presented by Kahneman and Tversky (1979). But does it invalidate the maximization principle? |
