| Tiivistelmä: | The nature of socialism is different from the features of the system of capitalist market economy. Its basic contents are public ownership and common prosperity. The policy of "one nation two systems" will be practiced after Hong Kong's, Macao's and Taiwan's return to the motherland, due to the special historical reasons. The above is the institution feature of the market economy with Chinese characteristic. As to the system features, the state will intervene on the premise of giving play to the basic role of market in resource allocation in order to remedy the defects of market, promote social fairness and raise the efficiency of market economy as a whole. |
