| Tiivistelmä: | Data were collected by sending structured questionnaires to human resource directors of 240 private and 37 public organizations in Singapore. In all, 52 responses were received, comprising a response rate of 18% for the private sector and 22% for the public sector. Descriptive analyses were conducted on the existence and types of SMPs, the general philosophy toward Stress Management Programmes (SMPs), the current perceived need for SMPs, the current levels and types of resource support, and perceptions about the likelihood of future stress in the respective organizations. |
