| Tiivistelmä: | Some important quantitative indices, initially determined for 1996 macro regulation and control as follows: The range of the country's retail price in creases is controlled at 10% or so. The economic growth rate is 8%. Such an arrangement will benefit keeping the aggregate balance, controlling inflation and adjusting the economic structure as well as deepening reform. To achieve the goal of controlling the range of price increase at 10% or so, the only things we can do are to make proper and small adjustment of grain-purchasing price, and freight prices of railway and electricity price respectively. |
