| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign businessmen's merging state-owned enterprises has played an active role, to a certain extent, in helping state enterprises solve the problem of shortage of funds, reinvigorating asset stock, optimizing resource allocation and accelerating the maturity of market economy. However, the great upsurge of merger has also brought a series of problems. The overdue infiltration of foreign funds resulting from their merging state enterprises does not benefit the rationalization of China's industrial structure. The speculation which financial capital has led to the unstable economy in China. Besides, the interests of staff and workers of the merged enterprises can not be guaranteed, thus increasing the unsteady factors in society. |
